At Essence of Zion, each product is handmade and prepared with care, intention, and attention to detail. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds or Returns
Essence of Zion does not accept returns or offer refunds on any products purchased through our website.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, used, opened, or unopened products cannot be returned.
Store Credit
If an order issue qualifies for assistance, store credit may be provided at the discretion of Essence of Zion.
Store credit may be considered for:
- Damaged items received during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Other approved order concerns
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Store credit does not expire and can be applied toward a future purchase unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7-10 days of delivery. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.
Final Sale Items
All discounted, promotional, custom, or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
